Viking - Rebranding of an office brand


 A brand with reinforced identity.
The redesign of Viking, a European workplace and office supplies leader, focuses on elevating its corporate identity towards a new B2B approach. The new packaging focus on the online side of business, as almost all purchases are done through Viking’s online platform and not on a traditional brick-and-mortar shelf. The final graphic solution intends to ensure a fast, easy, and engaging product interaction, with high readability of the brand, even in small thumbnails sizes.

 
The package architecture is simple, yet impactful. It is inspired in the Viking corporate brand identity 
and reinforces the brand’s presence with a direct three-color solution across the entire assortment.

 
The logotype presence is big and bold on the top off each package, working almost as a magazine cover, ensuring that the facings are easily identified by online users.
 

The resulting aesthetic is marked by technical diagonal shapes derived from the “V” letter from the brand logo. These diagonals result in a sophisticated, contemporary and bold visual solution, that breathes Viking identity, giving the package architecture the necessary technical 
look & feel to transmit efficiency: a must-have ingredient in an office supplies brand.
